Mobile grain dryer
The grain dryer is designed for drying seed, food and fodder grain of ear, leguminous, oilseed and other crops, as well as pre-sowing heating of seeds. The grain dryer can be used for drying small-seeded crops.
The grain dryer can be operated in open areas in all climatic regions with a moderate and cold climate.
The power chain of the grain dryer is powered by an alternating current network with a voltage of 380 V and a frequency of 50 Hz. Allowable supply voltage fluctuations from 360 to 400 V.
The control circuits of the grain dryer are powered by an alternating current network with a voltage of 220 V and a frequency of 50 Hz. Allowable supply voltage fluctuations from 198 to 240 V.
The control of the grain dryer is carried out through the control cabinet, which allows it to work in autonomous and manual mode.
Grain drying is carried out in batch mode. This mode includes: loading, drying, cooling, unloading.
The grain dryer is equipped with:
- a module with sieves made of stainless or galvanized steel,
- a fuel burner (made in Italy or Turkey),
- a heat exchanger,
- a circular scraper conveyor,
- dosing rollers,
- a loading hopper,
- a radial fan,
- and a control cabinet.
