Scope of application of the AGRIDIG subsoiler

With the AGRIDIG subsoiler, it is possible to intensively loosen the lower soil layers without reversing the layer, while simultaneously crushing and mixing the upper layer. The soil becomes loose, its aeration improves, and there are no traces of processing after the passage of the unit.

The subsoiler is equipped with overload protection – an explosive bolt installed in the upper part of the racks and reliably protecting the racks and the frame from overloads. Once a bolt breaks, it can be replaced quickly and conveniently. A quick-change reversible tip and a wide range of height-adjustable lateral rippers serve for even more precise surface reduction and crumbling in wet soils.

A double spur roller with mechanical adjustment as standard cuts the soil and crushes clods, intensively mixes the surface layer, throws plant roots to the upper horizon, leaving behind a slightly depressed rolled surface.

The subsoiler frame is made according to a spatial scheme, and the rack brackets are integrated into the longitudinal elements of the frame structure connecting the transverse beams. This greatly increases the overall strength of the structure.

The subsoiler is used for cultivating soil not littered with stones and other obstacles with a hardness of up to 4.0 MPa and a moisture content of up to 22%.
