TOOTH HARROWS AGRICOMB

The trail harrow is a universal, simple and reliable unit for soil cultivation with high productivity, operating efficiency and low fuel consumption.

The working parts of the harrow are diamond-shaped teeth, designed to eliminate sticking and clogging during operation in high humidity conditions. These teeth are made of high-quality material, ensuring excellent wear resistance.

116 rows of teeth enable thorough surface treatment in a single pass, surpassing the quality of traditional harrows by 3-4 times. The teeth are arranged on transverse pipes connected by movable links, allowing precise replication of the field surface and effective soil cultivation to a depth of up to 8 cm.

Depending on soil conditions, either 8 or 16 rows of teeth can be utilized. The flexible connection of harrow sections ensures accurate reproduction of the field surface and prevents clogging. Harrow teeth are crafted from high carbon steel, providing exceptional wear resistance.

Tillage aggressiveness is adjusted by changing the teeth inclination angle by 50° to one side or 38° to the other side. This adjustment is made by unfolding the working sections and mounting them with the reverse side.

Easy conversion to the transport position and back saves considerable working time, and the 2.8 m transport width ensures smooth movement without difficulty.
